RJ Labrador is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in technical services and field applications. Currently serves as a Field Application Engineer and Technical Field Specialist at Polyguard Products, Inc. since December 2017. Previously worked as a Technical Service Engineer at 3M from September 2006 to March 2016, and held various manufacturing and process engineering roles at companies including Imperial Electric, Motor Products Ohio, AESCO, and Western Reserve Controls. RJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from The University of Akron, completed between 1991 and 1997.
