Allison Sugahara has held a variety of positions in the past. In 2014, they were the Founder/CEO at Polygon Market. From 2013-2014, they held the role of Brand Marketing Manager at Vintage Electric Bikes, where they played an instrumental role in helping pave the foundation of their brand. During this same time period, they were also the Business Owner/Lead Creative + Design at 408 Graphics, as well as a Social Media Intern at HealthTap. In 2012, they were the Global Marketing Associate at MessageSolution, Inc., and from 2006-2013, they were the Manager/Marketing at Double D's Sports Bar and Grille.

Allison Sugahara attended West Valley College from 2006 to 2008 and obtained a GE for transfer in Graphic Design. Allison then attended San Diego State University from 2007 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
