Tyler Harnach has held various software engineering roles since 2005. Tyler began their career as a Help Desk Technician at Auburn University in 2005. In 2011, they became an IT Support Specialist at Norfolk Southern, where they worked on a project to bring real time inventory and work updates to a traditional railway. In 2015, they joined Autotrader US as a Software Engineer, where they worked in React/Redux development, unit testing with Mocha and Chai, and creating automated UI tests with Selenium. In 2017, they moved to Turner (Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.) as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2020, they joined Rooms To Go as a Senior Software Engineer, and they currently work as a Senior Software Engineer at Polygon.io.

Tyler Harnach attended Auburn University from 2002 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design.
