Ralph Hermans has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Manager Operations at Intergarde since January 2022. Concurrently, Ralph holds the position of Manager Operations at Polygarde, a role commenced in June 2009, overseeing the organization of both Polygarde and Polygarde Services. Ralph has also served as Manager Bewaking, where responsibilities included the management of Polygarde BV's operations, and began in the field as Junior Operationeel Manager, leading the Polygarde Service Center and various security projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Customer Relations Management from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and foundational studies in Accountancy and HAVO with a focus on Economics and Society.
