Johan Scheffers is an experienced professional in management and quality assurance with a diverse background spanning several industries. Currently serving as Toezichthouder management at Polygarde/Intergarde since September 2019, Johan specializes in traffic regulation, safety, and hospitality. Previously, Johan held the position of Senior Teamleider at PostNL/Vixia, focusing on team planning for approximately 50 employees. Johan has also worked as a Quality Manager at both Kubota Baumaschinen GmbH and Hödlmayr Logistics Netherlands, as well as a Transport Auditor at Volvo Car Operations. Johan's career began at PTT Telecom Netherlands as a PHTF Programmer. In addition to practical experience, Johan holds a Greenbelt certification in Quality Management from Ford, acquired in 2002.
