Jim Tipsword is an experienced mold designer currently working at PolyFlex Products Inc. and its affiliate Polyflex Products part of Nefab Group since April 2018. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a tooling technician at Magneti Marelli from March 2017 to March 2018 and as a mold maker at Delta Technology from January 2016 to March 2017.
