Jean-Simon Carle is an experienced professional in operations and project management within the quarrying and fabrication sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Polycor since November 2014, Jean-Simon provides strategic oversight for quarrying activities, manages operational budgets, and analyzes production data for efficiency improvements. Previously, as Quarry Manager, Jean-Simon coordinated operations, developed KPIs, and implemented cost-reduction practices. Experience as Architectural Project Manager and Project Manager involved fostering communication between clients and teams, overseeing fabrication contracts, and participating in project estimation. Jean-Simon began a career in the transportation sector as a Stagiaire at Ministère des Transports du Québec and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Université Laval.
