Rocco V. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rocco started their career at Dormont Manufacturing Company in 1989, initially working as an Accountant & Inventory specialist before moving up to become a Production/Operations Manager. Rocco was responsible for improving manufacturing processes, managing the budget, and overseeing a team of 3 Production Supervisors and 130+ employees. At World Kitchen, LLC, Rocco served as a Plant Operations Manager from 2007 to 2016. In this role, they focused on efficiency improvements, continuous improvement projects, and new product launches. Currently, Rocco is employed at Polyconcept North America, where they hold the position of Senior Director of Operations since May 2018.
