Mahesh Chand is an experienced HR and administration professional currently serving as Manager HR & Admin at Poly Medicure Ltd since April 2023, specializing in areas such as manpower planning, statutory compliance, payroll management, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Mahesh worked at Shivalik Prints Ltd from August 2009 to April 2023, progressing from Executive Personnel & Admin to Assistant Manager-HR & IR, and ultimately to Manager-HR, IR & Compliance, where responsibilities included industrial relations, training and development, and performance appraisal.
