Michael Bussmann is a Senior Test Specialist at Polteq since October 2021, specializing in test assignments, process improvement, and solving testing issues for various organizations. Additionally, Michael holds a similar position at Conclusion FIT since January 2017, focusing on innovative IT and organizational solutions. Previously, Michael served as a Software Tester and Scrum Master at RoserConsys B.V. from January 2014 to December 2016, and as Test & Quality Manager at Logica from January 2006 to January 2014, where responsibilities included testing and managing a Scrum delivery center. Earlier in the career, Michael worked at CMG as a Software Engineer, developing telecom products in C programming on Unix systems.
