Klaudia Wojtysko is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as HR BP and HR Trainer at Polskie ePłatności S.A. since August 2022. Since July 2021, Klaudia has also been a co-founder and trainer for "SYNERGIA," facilitating workshops for children, youth, and parents at Skills Mine. With over a decade of experience as a Business Trainer at Skills Mine, Klaudia has collaborated with various clients, including Telekomunikacja Polska and Bosch Rexroth, to design and implement customized training programs. Previous roles include Trainer in Development and Training at Orange Polska, where Klaudia focused on assessing training needs, creating training programs, and conducting skill development workshops. Earlier career experience includes a role as Call Center Section Manager at Work Service, emphasizing team management and sales performance. Klaudia holds a Master's degree in International Relations and completed postgraduate studies in Information Society at Jagiellonian University.
