Mohamed Ismail Abdel Zaher has extensive experience in quality assurance and management within the food production and processing industries. Currently serving as Group Head of Quality and Quality Manager at Polproduct Netherlands BV since February 2022, Mohamed previously held multiple roles at The International Company For Agriculture Production & Processing (ICAPP) from December 2008 to February 2022, including Assistant Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Section Head. Earlier career positions include HSE & Food Safety Engineer at SYSTEM TECHNIQUE, Customer Service Consultant, and Chemist roles at Porcilina for Ceramic Production and Volto for Lamps Production. Mohamed holds a Master's Degree in Food Safety & Quality from Ain Shams University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Mansoura University.
