Robert Pławiak has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and management. Robert currently works as a Lecturer at Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego (Kozminski University) since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the CDIO/CTO at Polpharma in 2022. From 2016 to 2022, Robert was the CEO of the Foundation IT LEADER CLUB POLAND. Robert also held the position of CEO/Group CIO at ILS Sp. z o.o. from 2018 to 2022. In addition, Robert has worked as the CIO/Head of IT at Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy SA from 2017 to 2018, and as the Head of IT Strategy & IT Management at PZU from 2012 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Head of IT Operations at Raiffeisen Bank International AG from 2009 to 2012, CIO/CTO at Nest Bank S.A. from 2008 to 2009, and CTO at EFG from 2005 to 2008. Robert also has experience as an ISMS, QMS, AQAP Leading Auditor at the Institute of Management and Quality Systems from 2008 to 2012.
