Dorota Narloch has extensive experience in production planning and management, currently serving as a Junior Manager for Planning Systems Support at Polpharma since August 2010. In this role, Dorota focuses on optimizing production planning processes through the testing and implementation of new parameters in the Advanced Planning System (APS) and customization of the system within the Polpharma Group. Previous positions include Junior Planning Manager and Planner Coordinator for various teams at Polpharma, where responsibilities encompassed managing planning teams and analyzing production capacity. Dorota's background also includes roles as a Senior Planning Specialist and Change Management Specialist, along with earlier experience at Saint-Gobain Construction Products Polska sp. z o.o. as a Junior Controller. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Gdansk.
