Dawn Silver is an accomplished quality assurance professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and quality systems management. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Polo Custom Products since May 2014, Dawn leads all quality assurance activities to meet customer and industry standards while driving continuous improvement. Previously, as the Quality Systems/Regulatory Compliance Program Manager at STERIS Isomedix Services for seven years, Dawn provided leadership in ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and developed quality systems to achieve organizational excellence. Dawn's career began as a GMP Manufacturing Associate at Bio-Tissue, where responsibilities included product processing in compliance with GMP requirements. Dawn holds a Master of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Iowa State University.
