Luiz Felipe Novaes has over a decade of experience in the finance and legal sectors, currently serving as a ³§Ã³³¦¾±´Ç at Polo Capital since June 2010. Previously, Luiz held the position of Membro do conselho de administração at Casa & Video from June 2017 to December 2019 and worked as an advogado at Banco BBM from September 2006 to May 2010. Luiz Felipe's educational background includes a Pós Graduação in Direito Empresarial with a focus on Societário e Mercado de Capitais from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a bachelor’s degree in Direito from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Additionally, Luiz obtained a Certificate in Business for Global Practice from San Diego State University and began studies in Engenharia at the same university prior to completing secondary education at Colégio Santo Inácio Rio de Janeiro.
