Trevor Mackley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Trevor started their career at Lansing Community College as a Student Employee in the Audio/Visual department, where they repaired and maintained audio and visual systems. After that, they joined Western Michigan University, initially as a Student Alumni Ambassador, representing the university and building relationships with alumni and friends. Trevor then advanced to the role of Assistant Training Manager, where they trained and evaluated new callers. Eventually, they became the Training Manager, responsible for managing the Training Department and developing workshops for callers.

In 2018, Trevor joined Ciesa Design as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects. During the same year, they also took on a leadership role as the President of the Mid-Michigan Creative Alliance, an advertising trade association affiliated with the American Advertising Federation. In this role, they brought together creative professionals in the Lansing area and led the organization.

Most recently, Trevor is working at Pollinate as an Account Manager, responsible for managing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Overall, Trevor Mackley has demonstrated their ability to take on different responsibilities and excel in project management and leadership roles in the advertising and design industry.

From 2013 to 2016, Trevor Mackley attended Western Michigan University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing.
