Brik Nelson has extensive experience in the 3D design and implementation field, currently serving as the 3D Implementation Lead and 3D Project Lead at Pollinate since March 2016. In these client-facing roles, Brik manages the 3D approach for both new and existing projects, involving tasks such as modeling, surfacing, lighting, and integrating 3D assets with front-end and back-end code through JavaScript. Additionally, Brik is responsible for creating workflows, researching process improvements, and collaborating with various development teams, including clients, project managers, UX designers, and developers. Prior to this, Brik worked as a CG Generalist at Pollinate, focusing on the creation of 3D assets for online product customization. Brik also gained experience as a production assistant at Laika.
