Tomek Kalinowski is a seasoned Full Stack Developer and Co-Founder of Pollen DAO since February 2020, with significant experience in software development roles across various organizations. Previously, Tomek served as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) for a brief period in late 2019, and as Chief Software Architect at PopLocker, a project supported by an Ethereum Foundation grant, where responsibilities included designing and implementing software architecture for Ethereum-based DApps and identity management solutions. Additional experience includes software development roles at Lonely Planet and Squerb, and full-stack development at Pilot: Design and Development Studio. Tomek holds a degree in Teleinformatyka from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
