Caitlin Bugas has a diverse work experience in product management and design. Caitlin began their career at CEB, now Gartner, where they worked as an Operations Associate in various functional areas. Caitlin then transitioned to the role of Data & Tools Analyst in the HR Practice, focusing on designing and developing products and services for executives and their staff. Caitlin then advanced to the position of Senior Data & Tools Analyst before joining Gartner as a Senior Specialist in 2017. Caitlin continued to progress within the company, taking on roles such as Principal and Senior Principal in Digital Product Management and Design. Most recently, Caitlin Bugas joined POLITICO in 2021 as a Senior Product Manager, and they currently hold the position of Associate Director of Product.

Caitlin Bugas completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International/Global Studies at Virginia Tech from 2008 to 2012. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued the User Experience Design Track at Bloc.
