Bianca Damati is an accomplished professional in project management and international cooperation, currently serving as an EU Project Advisor at Polite Europe and as a Grants and Fundraising Coordinator at Border Violence Monitoring Network. With experience as a Junior Project Manager at ENGIM ONG and a Project Officer at FUDELA - Ecuador, Bianca has effectively implemented protection strategies for vulnerable populations and empowered youth through leadership programs. Previous roles include Programme Associate at IOM - UN Migration, providing support for migration-related initiatives, and Research Assistant at the International Institute of Social Studies, contributing to literature on lawfare.
