Jonathan Pacheco is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Polimundo S.A. since January 2020, Jonathan previously held the position of Consultor Senior de Talento Humano at Megatalentos from March 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included planning and executing various HR projects such as personnel selection, training, performance evaluations, and workplace climate assessments. Additional experience includes roles as Especialista de Talento Humano 2 at Contraloría General del Estado and Business Partner de RRHH at Yanbal International. Jonathan began a career in HR as Coordinador de Desarrollo Organizacional at Corporación GPF (Grupo Fybeca) from 2006 to 2014. Academic qualifications include a Diplomado en Gerencia Estratégica de RRHH from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Universidad Central del Ecuador.
