Nur Gunay has extensive experience in the IT and human resources sectors, currently serving as the IT Human Resources and IT Budget Management Manager at Halkbank since November 2011. In this role, Nur leads the IT HR department, promoting organizational development and overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing the intersection of technology and human capital within the banking industry. Prior to this managerial position, Nur contributed significantly as an Information Technology Specialist, focusing on improving the efficiency of the technical workforce. Early career experience includes internships at Halkbank and Mengerler Ticaret Türk A.Ş. Nur holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Istanbul University (2019-2024) and a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics from Marmara University (2007-2011), along with a high school diploma from Bayrampaşa Anatolian High School (2002-2006).
