Kiral Karabuk is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Polifarma İlaç since April 2024, Kiral has previously held significant leadership roles, including General Manager Turkey at Baxter International Inc. from May 2018 to April 2023 and Managing Director at Medtronic from May 2015 to December 2016. Kiral's career at Covidien spanned from 2003 to April 2015, where various titles included VP Turkey, MEA, E&CE and General Manager Turkey. Earlier in the career, Kiral worked at 3M as Financial Controller and Country Business Leader for Healthcare from 1990 to 2003, and began professional journey as an Audit Assistant at Price Waterhouse Coopers from July 1987 to November 1990. Kiral holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
