Randy Dills is an experienced professional in the field of health policy and history education, currently serving as Team Lead and Data Quality Coordinator at Policy Reporter since May 2019, following roles as a Health Policy Analyst and Data Quality Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions at Premera Blue Cross as a Credentialing and External Claims Support and Group Setup Analyst, as well as customer service and labor roles. Randy’s academic career includes serving as an Assistant Professor of History at the University of Louisville and a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Randy holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in History from Central Washington University.
