Carrie Gower, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as Head of People Experience Operations at Policy Expert since October 2022, previously holding the role of People Experience Manager. Prior experience includes HR, Training and Engagement Manager and HR Advisor at British Bakels from January 2019 to February 2022, as well as HR Advisor at Grupo Antolin in 2018. Additional roles include Audit Team Leader at Derby Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from November 2015 to June 2018, Training Coordinator and PA to the Site General Manager at Dairy Crest from July 2009 to April 2015, Senior Receptionist at Nord Anglia Education, and Finance Clerk at Spirit Group.
