Silvana Paredes Torres is a professional with extensive experience in human resources management and organizational psychology. Currently serving as a psychologist specializing in talent management at Policía Nacional del Perú since November 2018, Silvana is responsible for the planning and execution of job profile development for the organization and conducts nationwide training on job profile creation. Prior roles include teaching human talent management courses at UTP Universidad Tecnológica del Perú and serving as the head of practices at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. Silvana's earlier work experience encompasses leadership positions in human resources at Ripley Perú and Maestro Perú, where responsibilities included recruitment, selection, staff administration, training, and organizational development. Silvana holds a degree in psychology from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and has pursued various relevant postgraduate courses in labor law and human resources management.
