Adolfo Mattos Vinces has over 35 years of experience with the Policía Nacional del Perú, currently serving as Gral. PNP (R) and formerly as Director of Human Resources. In addition, Adolfo has been the Administrator of AMOF PNP since 2013, an institution focused on enhancing the quality of life for police officers and promoting sustainable development through innovative services. Educationally, Adolfo holds a Doctorate in Government and Public Policies from Universidad de San Martín de Porres, a Master's in Pharmacodependency from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from INSTITUTO CIENTIFÍCO Y TECNOLÓGICO DEL EJÉRCITO. Additional qualifications include diplomas in Business Administration from Universidad ESAN and Strategic Research and Planning from Universidad Ricardo Palma, as well as a degree in Administration and Police Sciences from EO PNP.
