Hayden Paterick has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as Sector Manager, Club Manager, Senior Activities Officer, and Activities Officer at Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW since May 2017. Prior to this role, Hayden worked as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Novotel Manly Pacific from July 2013 to May 2017, engaging in various functions related to event setup and team communication. Additionally, as Camp Director for Challenger Sports, Hayden undertook office administration and community outreach to recruit participants for football camps. At the International College of Management Sydney, Hayden coordinated and refereed futsal competitions while also serving as a Residential Assistant, providing support to residents. Early experience includes working as a Fire Technician at Total Fire Solutions (Aust) Pty Ltd, focusing on fire protection systems in the mining industry. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Sports Management from the International College of Management Sydney, completed in 2018.
