Stefan started their career as an Afstudeerstudent at IJB Groep B.V. and as a Stagiair Procesoptimalisatie at Snijtech BV Joure. Stefan also completed an internship as a Stagiair Projectmanagement at Polem. Stefan holds a Bachelor's degree in Technische bedrijfskunde from NHL Hogeschool.
