Ryan Trutch has over 20 years of experience in the motorsports industry. Ryan Trutch began their career in 1997 as the Founder & Director of Performance Motorspares, the first automotive tuning company of its kind in the Middle East. In 2003, they founded and became Managing Director of Torque Motorsports, Dubai's first all-motorsports retail business. In 2006, they became Managing Partner of Emirates Seven Marine, a business formulated to sell specialized marine equipment to the armed forces in the UAE. From 2010 to 2021, they held various roles at Dubai Autodrome LLC, including Commercial Director, Special Projects Manager, and Kartdrome Manager. In 2019, they founded Pole Position, one of the region's leading motorsports consultancy firms. In 2020, they became Regional Manager - Middle East (GCC) at RaceRoom Entertainment GmbH, representing RaceRoom as exclusive partner in the MENA region. In 2021, they became Investment Manager at Trisev Corporation. In 2022, they founded both SuperCar Life and Immersive Esports, the latter of which is the leading digital motorsports provider in MENA.

Ryan Trutch began their education in 1980 at Jumeriah English Speaking School. Ryan Trutch attended this school until 1985. From 1985 to 1992, they attended Dubai College. Finally, from 1992 to 1996, they attended Jacob Kramer Design College, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial and Product Design.
