Relinde Boerman has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Relinde currently works at Polarsteps as a Lead Recruiter, responsible for managing the recruitment process. Prior to this, they worked at De Wervingsfabriek as a Scale-up Recruiter a.i., focusing on international, technical, and scale-up recruitment. At bol.com, they served as a Tech Recruiter a.i., responsible for hiring global talent for Technical Platform teams. Relinde also worked at Visualfabriq - AI Enhanced Revenue Management as a Tech Recruiter a.i. and at EVBox as an Interim Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Additionally, they gained experience as an Interim Corporate Recruiter at SIRE® Life Sciences, an Interim Employer Branding Specialist at KienIA Industriële Automatisering, and as a Talent Manager at Annual Insight. Relinde started their career at Michael Page Nederland, where they held various roles including Managing Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant.

Relinde Boerman began their education in 2006 at HAN University of Economics and Management, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication. Relinde completed their studies in 2010. In 2008, they attended Niels Brock Business College Copenhagen for a minor program in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which lasted for one year. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, they studied at the University of Amsterdam, obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Corporate Communications. Finally, between 2012 and 2013, Relinde pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Amsterdam.
