Steve Tzvi Cohen is an experienced business leader, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development for the Midwest Region and Vice President at Polaris Pharmacy Services since September 2016. In addition, Steve has been a Senior Business Consultant at YTC Consulting since January 2013. Prior to these roles, Steve held the position of President and CEO at Twin City Poultry Co. from September 2006 to January 2013, succeeding the partner and founder after the latter's passing. Steve's career at Twin City Poultry began in 1978, where Steve Tzvi served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, successfully directing operations that grew annual revenue from $40,000 to $25 million and launching the “One-Stop Kosher” concept to streamline services for retailers across 25 states. Steve's extensive expertise encompasses wholesale food distribution, vendor management, financial planning, and business development.
