Diana F. is an experienced professional in the field of anti-human trafficking and education. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Worker Rights at Polaris since May 2017, Diana has held multiple roles, including Senior Program Manager and Program Manager, focusing on developing external partnerships and implementing prevention mechanisms. Notably, Diana contributed to Mexico's first national human trafficking hotline and gathered vital data on labor conditions in the agricultural sector. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The George Washington University, consulting for HiUni on higher education database development, and coordinating a college access program for underserved youth at Pro Kids | The First Tee of San Diego. Diana holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Literature and Culture and Biological Sciences from UC Irvine.
