Roma is a Co-Founder, Program Manager and one of the Lead Recruiters. There is no skill set she can’t find, no matter where they are, and no project she can’t handle. A native of San Diego, she balances building Polaris Talent with a ballet and musical theatre career. She also enjoys teaching and giving back to her local San Diego, CA community.
