Mailinn Blandkjenn Mersland currently serves as a board member at Musikkontoret Sørf since February 2024 and has held leadership roles in insight and editorial development at Polaris Media ASA and in insight and analysis at Fædrelandsvennen since February 2021 and February 2020, respectively. Prior experience includes a position as a senior web analyst at Schibsted Media Group and various engineering roles at National Oilwell Varco. Mailinn has also interned at WindSim AS and Agder Energi AS, focusing on computational fluid dynamics and wind energy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, participation in a leadership and mentoring program at MBL, and exchange studies at UC San Diego in engineering physics.
