Timm Hagen is a Senior System Engineer at Polaris Inc. since October 2020 and the Founder and President of Maracaibo Inc. since October 2010. Timm also serves on the Advisory Board at Ridgewater College, offering insights to enhance the Computer Systems Technology program. As a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Timm instructs various scuba programs. Timm's previous roles include Full Stack Developer at Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, Senior Application Developer at Insignia Systems, .NET Full Stack Developer at Boston Scientific, and Software Developer Consultant at Home Buyers Marketing II, among others. Timm holds an AAS in Computer Systems Technology from Ridgewater College and several certifications in software development and scuba instruction.
