Jenn Lee is a skilled UX Designer currently employed at Polaris Inc. since April 2023, where strategic development of a user-centric Leaderboard Template has been implemented to enhance the e-commerce platform through extensive user testing. Prior to this, Jenn worked at GovX from April 2021 to March 2023, leading the experience design for the GovX Marketplace by utilizing journey mapping, prototyping, and A/B testing to improve user discovery and transaction processes. Jenn holds a Master of Arts in Interaction and UI/UX design from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
