Ashima Sharma currently serves as the India HR Head at Polaris Inc. since July 2022, previously holding roles at Montblanc as a Human Resources Manager and Assistant Manager of Human Resources from December 2017 to June 2022. Ashima has extensive experience in managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and performance management, along with expertise in HR analytics and compliance. Prior roles include HR Manager at YES BANK, where responsibilities encompassed process efficiency, organization development initiatives, and HRIS implementation. Ashima’s career began as a Senior System Engineer at Infosys, along with internships at YES BANK and AkzoNobel, focusing on HR process optimization and implementation. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a Master of Business Laws from the National Law School of India University.
