Jerry Sheaks is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and development. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Aviation Lodging LLC since March 2021, Jerry also holds the positions of President at Polaris Hospitality LLC and Polaris Hospital Company LLC, both established to provide third-party management and coaching services in the hospitality sector. With over two decades of experience at Choice Hotels International, where Jerry held the role of Director of Franchise Development and was involved with the Ascend Collection Boutique Hotel branding, Jerry has a proven track record of maximizing revenue for hotels. Jerry is also a retired General Partner and owner of the Award-Winning Holiday Express Inn & Suites in Glen Rose, TX, recognized as a six-time Torchbearer winner. Jerry is an alumnus of Allan Hancock College.
