Lili Cosic is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in cloud technologies and open-source contributions. Currently serving as an Advisor at Polar Signals since 2022, Lili provides insights on hiring, technology direction, and marketing strategies. Previous roles include Software Engineer Infra at Replicate, and Senior Backend Software Engineer at HashiCorp, where significant contributions were made to the HCP Boundary cloud offering. Lili also held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Red Hat, focusing on OpenShift's etcd and monitoring teams, and played a crucial role in various open-source projects including etcd, prometheus-operator, and Kubernetes kube-state-metrics.
