Venuka Jayatilaka is a seasoned professional in technology development and transfer, currently serving as the Director of Technology Development and Transfer at Polar Semiconductor since December 2021. Prior to this role, Venuka Jayatilaka held various positions at Polar Semiconductor for two decades, including Senior Manager and Principal Engineer/Manager in Process Transfer. Venuka Jayatilaka's career began as a Staff R&D Engineer at Cypress Semiconductor from 1996 to 2001. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
