Joshua Mendoza is an experienced Process Engineer currently working at Polar Semiconductor since January 2022. Prior to this role, Joshua held positions as an Associate Materials Engineer at Element Materials Technology and as a Materials Engineering Intern at Trane Technologies, where hands-on experience included conducting failure analyses and working on long and short-term engineering projects. Joshua also gained foundational skills in a warehouse environment at CEVA Logistics and customer service experience as a Bank Teller at Baraboo National Bank. Joshua holds a degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Minnesota, earned from 2017 to 2021.
