Dale Cardinal began working at FSI International in 1986 as a Senior Technical Training Instructor, where they designed and performed training courses for Maintenance Technicians and Equipment Owners. In September 2009, Dale transitioned to Polar Semiconductor Inc. as a Sr. Equipment Engineer. With a background in Technical Support and Field Service, Dale has extensive experience in providing guidance and resolving technical issues for global customers and field service engineers. Their responsibilities have included installation, start-up, and maintenance of microlithography equipment and ultra pure chemical distribution systems. Dale holds a degree from Cleveland Institute of Electronics (CIE).
