Raghu P. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Raghu started their career as a VB Developer at IT Solutions Inc in 1999 and then worked as a Lead Consultant at Luminant Worldwide from 2000 to 2001. Subsequently, they served as a Senior Support Engineer at Interwoven from 2001 to 2003.

From 2003 to 2004, Raghu worked as a Lead Consultant/Architect at cyberThink Inc, followed by a role as a Lead Consultant/Architect at iGate Mastech from 2004 to 2005. Raghu then joined Allstate in 2005 as a Data Engineer/SA/Arch, where they worked until 2016.

In 2016, Raghu joined Polar IT as the Vice President - Technology & Development. In this role, they have been responsible for developing strategies and plans to enhance client services, improve user effectiveness, and implement data analytics and big data solutions. Raghu has also managed the financial aspects of the IT department and designed high-level technology architecture.

In 2019, Raghu joined Datneer as the CTO, where they continue to contribute their expertise and leadership in technology and development.

Raghu P. obtained a Masters degree in Computer science from the University of Liverpool between 2003 and 2006. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the Harvard Business Analytics Program from Harvard Business Analytics Program in 2021, Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018, Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org in November 2018, and Data Scientist certification from John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Publich Health in 2016.
