Hayley Pool has been working as a Senior Marketing Executive at Polar Capital since October 2020. Prior to that, Hayley held the same position at Franklin Templeton for over 14 years. Earlier in their career, from 2002 to 2006, Hayley worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Towergate Insurance. Throughout their roles, Hayley has been responsible for developing marketing strategies, creating marketing collateral, organizing events, and managing communications.
