Valentina Blagoeva has a diverse work experience in the field of UX/UI design and development. Valentina started their career at Synapse - Digital Agency as a Front-end Developer from September 2014 to October 2015. After that, they joined Polar Cape in October 2015 as a Junior FE Developer/Designer, where they were responsible for visual design and implementation on the frontend. Valentina also had daily communication with clients using the scrum methodology and had basic knowledge of React and Angular.

In October 2018, Valentina moved up to become a UX/UI Designer/FE Developer and Team Lead at Polar Cape. In this role, they focused on UX/UI design while leveraging their background in front-end development. Valentina also served as a team lead within the company, particularly in the Scandinavian electricity market.

In June 2021, Valentina was promoted to the position of Senior UX/UI Designer and Domain Manager at Polar Cape. In this role, they collaborate with the UX/UI team on researching, designing, and testing web and mobile projects. Valentina is responsible for user research, brainstorming solutions, creating sketches and prototypes, and maintaining design systems. Valentina also uses tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD for visual design specifications. Valentina continues to grow and exchange the latest design principles within the agile principles followed by the UX team at Polar Cape.

Valentina Blagoeva's education history begins in 2008 when they obtained a BA degree in Political Science from University St.Cyril and Methodius. Later on, in 2013, they attended Semos education where they focused on web design. In terms of certifications, Valentina obtained the DSD Stufe I from Deutsche Sprachdiplom der Kultusministerkonferenz in 2008.
