DovilÄ— GedvilaitÄ—-Yang's work experience includes various roles in consulting, product management, agile coaching, and business analysis. DovilÄ— started their career as a Business Analyst at E.ON Sverige, where they worked on business development projects and conducted research on entrepreneurial finance. DovilÄ— also served as a Concept Developer at Krinova Incubator & Science Park, contributing to the development of a new venture funding model.

DovilÄ— then joined Antropo as a Cultural Analyst, analyzing cultural trends and providing consultancy services. DovilÄ— later worked as an IT Consultant at Stretch, where they provided IT consulting services to clients.

Moving forward, DovilÄ— worked at Telia as a Business Analyst and Product Owner, involved in the development of new product areas and responsible for customer journey improvements. DovilÄ— then became an Agile Coach, conducting trainings on Agile and Scrum methodologies. DovilÄ— also served as a Mobile App Team Lead.

After Telia, DovilÄ— worked at Aize as a Product Manager, leading a team and developing software-as-a-service solutions for industrial asset design and operation. DovilÄ— then joined Telenor as an Agile Development Team Lead, responsible for building and leading a backend development team with an agile mindset.

Currently, DovilÄ— is working at Polar Cape as a Consultant Manager, specializing in product ownership, product management, agile team development, and leadership. DovilÄ— is also involved in agile digital transformation and business analysis.

Throughout their career, DovilÄ— has demonstrated a strong expertise in Agile delivery approach, Scrum methodology, and SAFe framework. DovilÄ— has a track record of building and developing agile teams and has contributed to the success of various projects.

Dovilė Gedvilaitė-Yang completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Culture Management at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2008 to 2012. Dovilė then pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Applied Cultural Analysis at Lund University from 2012 to 2014. Dovilė furthered their education at Lund University and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from 2014 to 2015. In 2021, they attended CodeAcademy to complete a course on Web UX/UI Design Foundations. Additionally, they obtained various certifications throughout their career including Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/ Product Manager in 2021, Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist in 2018, UGL – Utveckling av grupp och ledare (en. Development of Group and Leaders) in 2018, Certified Scrum Master in 2017, BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile in 2016, and Certified SAFe® 5 Agile Product Manager in 2022.
