Jesse Fletcher has over a decade of experience in engineering and maintenance management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Polar Beverages since July 2017, Jesse has also held the position of Assistant Plant Manager at the same company. Prior to this role, Jesse worked at Perdue Farms as the FP Complex Maintenance Manager from May 2014 to July 2017 and spent seven years at Wayne Farms LLC as the Further Processing Maintenance Manager from April 2007 to May 2014. Jesse's extensive background showcases strong leadership and technical expertise in managing maintenance operations and engineering projects.
