Scott Weingarten has extensive experience in real estate and development. Scott is currently the Vice President of Real Estate and Development at Pokeworks, where they oversee the development team and leads the company's real estate and site selection strategy. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of Real Estate and Franchise Development at Panera Bread, where they managed the franchise real estate site selection process and built relationships with franchise partners. Scott also served as the Real Estate Acquisition Manager at Mister Car Wash, where they managed the site selection process for the Western United States region. Before that, they were the Vice President of Real Estate and Development at Tom's Watch Bar, where they led the site selection process and implemented the planned expansion. Scott also served as the Director of Real Estate at Harbor Freight Tools, overseeing site selection for multiple states in the Western United States. Scott Weingarten has also held positions at Delaware North and Panda Restaurant Group, where they focused on business development and managed the site selection process. Scott began their career at Platinum Equity as a Senior Associate in business development.
Scott Weingarten attended the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, with a focus on Finance and Business Management. Scott also completed the Executive Management Program at the Drucker School of Management.
